Which capabilities come with which subscription plan
Some WinFactor capabilities are tied to your subscription plan. When you see an upgrade prompt in the app, this page tells you what unlocks where. Manage your plan under Settings → Billing; current pricing lives on the pricing page.
The four plans
Free → Essential → Pro → Enterprise. Every plan includes the core flow: templates, the customer configurator, submissions, quotes with PDF, your public organization page, and the dashboard. Higher plans remove platform branding and unlock pricing, automation, and integration depth.
What each upgrade unlocks
Essential
- Watermark removal — customer-facing previews and quote PDFs without the WinFactor watermark
- Your company name shown in customer-facing flows instead of platform branding
- Pricing rules — live configurator pricing and quote line-item generation (guide)
- Component options — selectable upgrades (glass, hardware, security) in the configurator
- WhatsApp notifications — instant lead alerts to your phones
Pro
Everything in Essential, plus:
- Custom branding & custom logo — your visual identity across customer touchpoints, including the logo as preview watermark
- Custom domain — your public page on your own domain
- ActivePieces automation — your own workflow workspace for routing events to Slack, CRMs, sheets, and 280+ apps (guide)
- API access — the full developer platform: REST API, API keys, live pricing events, signed webhooks
- Advanced configuration types — the more complex template configuration behaviors
Enterprise
Everything in Pro, with custom terms, scale, and support. Contact sales.
How gating shows up in the app
Locked features appear with an upgrade panel naming the required plan — settings sections, pricing setup, and integration cards all gate in place rather than hiding, so you can always see what's available. Plan changes apply to the whole organization, immediately.
